Sadie Chelan is a Seattle-based, Bay Area-raised artist, who grew up with the sounds of KFJC. Her works are an intense expression of darkness, pain, and the lifelong burden of grappling with the absurdity of experiencing life in a human body. She loves experimenting with all types of mixed media and buys most of her supplies from hardware stores, although now and then she dabbles with traditional techniques and digital tools.
